What can be published on EverAlive

EverAlive is a space of respect and memory. This policy clarifies what content is welcome and what will not be accepted.

Welcome content

Respectful photos of the deceased: portraits, family photos, meaningful moments.

Honest biographies that reflect the person's life.

Genuine memories shared by family and friends.

Condolence and loving messages.

Funeral service data (place, date, time) to inform loved ones.

YouTube or Vimeo embed videos (tributes, ceremonies, audios).

NOT allowed content

Defamatory, false content or content questioning the dignity of the deceased or third parties.

Impersonation: posing as the deceased, their family, or an authorised collaborator without being one.

Sexual, violent, gore content, glorification of tragic death or suicide.

Content infringing third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

Spam, unauthorised commercial advertising, or promotion of products/services unrelated to mourning.

Material constituting a crime (apology, threats, incitement to hatred).

Personal data of living third parties without their consent (especially phones, addresses).

Moderation

Memories, messages, and photos contributed by visitors may require owner approval before becoming public.

The owner and editors may hide inappropriate content at any time.

We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates this policy, without prior notice. In serious cases we may suspend the account.

To report inappropriate content, use the "Report content" form.

Memorial falsification

Creating a memorial of a person who has NOT passed away or whose passing is not known is prohibited and will be removed upon detection.

If someone creates a memorial of a relative of yours without your consent, contact :email and we will handle the case.
