When to use this form?

A memorial has been created of a relative of yours without your authorisation.
Content (photo, memory, message) that violates your rights or third-party rights.
False or defamatory information about the deceased.
Fake memorial (the person has not passed away or there is no proof).
Identity impersonation.
Sexual, violent content, or copyright infringement.

What do we do with your report?
